Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item or a genuinely faulty product, please contact our support team. Once the claim is verified and approved, Royal Corporation will handle the return or exchange without charging return delivery or courier fees.

Electronics & Electrical Items: These items are sold without a Royal Corporation warranty unless a warranty is specifically provided by the manufacturer or stated at the time of purchase. Any applicable manufacturer warranty will be subject to its terms and conditions.

China-Made Items: These items are sold without a warranty or claim unless a specific warranty or written commitment is provided at the time of purchase.

Broken or Fragile Items: Products received broken or visibly damaged must be reported to our support team immediately upon delivery. These items carry no warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Expired or Near-Expiry Products: Expired products are not eligible for return under this policy. Customers should inspect consumable and beauty products upon receipt and immediately report any expiry-related concerns.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product that was delivered correctly, matches your order, and has no defects, the following conditions apply:

• Deductions: Courier charges and a 5% service charge will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
• Refund Method: The remaining eligible amount will be credited to your Royal Corporation digital wallet for future purchases.
• No Cash Refund: Change-of-mind returns will not be refunded in cash. The approved balance will be transferred to your digital wallet.
• Product Condition: The item must meet all general return conditions mentioned in this policy.

Important: Change-of-mind returns are treated differently from returns involving faulty or incorrect products. Approved faulty or incorrect item claims will be handled according to Section 2.

4. Manufacturer & Supplier Decisions

For technical products, complex defects, or items requiring specialist inspection, Royal Corporation may refer the complaint to the relevant manufacturer or supplier for assessment.

The outcome of the claim will be determined according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s applicable assessment and warranty terms, subject to any rights available to customers under applicable law.
